How was our second half of Ramadan? In this post, we share photos from our iftar dinners in the 3rd and 4th week of the Islamic month of fasting.
Ramadan is the Islamic month of fasting. The Intercultural Dialogue Association is proud to present a several-year-old tradition of open iftars. This year, we are also active by organizing iftars in the premises of the associations we work with and in the homes of Turkish families, where we invite guests from different cultural backgrounds.

In this past 2 weeks, which marked the second half of the holy month of Ramadan, we hosted more iftar dinners. The time to break the fast at this time of year comes a little later each day, as the days get longer and the nights get shorter. Our guests joined us for traditional Ramadan dishes prepared by our volunteers of the Association MKD.
