In this episode, we met Ausma from Riga, who has been living in Slovenia for four years. Drawn by the mountains and a wish to volunteer abroad, she arrived through an ESC project in Medvode.
We talked about starting a new chapter in a new country, what Slovenia feels like through a newcomer’s eyes, and Ausma’s take on culture, community, and everyday life here. We also explored her path in Communications & Media Production, her love for photography and storytelling, and how hiking and outdoor adventures shape her days in Slovenia.
