Intercultural culinary workshop at Cene Štupar.

This week we organized the last intercultural cooking workshop in collaboration with Cene Štupar Public Institute for this season.


The event was, as always, well attended and received. Our volunteers first presented the dishes on the daily menu, and then the work behind the counters and stoves began in the professional kitchen at the premises of Cene Štupar.

This time we prepared tantuni yufka with yogurt and meat, and a dessert called kemalpaşa, made with milky custard.


At each workshop, we prepare one savory and one sweet dish. After successfully working together in the kitchen, we always gather around the table and enjoy the treats, that are the result of our combined efforts.
