Successful Sports Workshop

On Sunday, we successfully conducted an active and inclusive workshop of the Humelody project, aimed at young migrants. The title of the workshop was Raising Awareness of Human Rights Through Sports.

The workshop was led by coach Briza Bohne. She is employed at the International School in Ljubljana and is also engaged in tutoring. For the workshop, she prepared sports activities and some interactive exercises with which we conceptualized human rights through sports participation.

At the workshop, we focused on movement while exploring human rights through sports and team games. We gathered in Tivoli City Park in Ljubljana, where we enjoyed the fresh air in good company.

We focused on youth migrant experiences and asked ourselves:
🌍 Which rights matter most in everyday life?
🗣 Where do we see them honored — or ignored?
🤝 How can we support one another better in our communities?

In addition to the excellently prepared program, there was also catering, which we arranged through the MKD association. We thank Briza for preparing and conducting the workshop and the participants who actively took part in the event.
