International Culinary Day – 16.10.2024

This month’s cooking workshop, organized monthly in cooperation with Cene Štupar, was dedicated to celebrating International Culinary Day.

Our group of participants prepared one of Turkey’s most popular dishes – rice with chickpeas and chicken, plus a refreshing ajran. For dessert, we prepared a pumpkin dessert with tahini and walnuts to celebrate Halloween.

These workshops are not only an opportunity to exchange recipes, but also to build friendships, learn about different cultures and understand each other. When we cook and share meals, we create connections and contribute to a more inclusive and cohesive community.
